I am pleased to report that the California State Senate has passed AB 418 WITHOUT TITANIUM DIOXIDE INCLUDED, which is very good news indeed.
The bill awaits the Governor’s signature, which is expected. This is a welcome development, and I will detail what we know about how it turned out this way. So please look for a more extensive memo on Monday.
