As previously reported, Coenzyme Q10 was added to the proposed United States Tariff List drafted April 6, 2018. On Friday June 15, 2018 President Trump, through the Office of the United States Trade Representative, announced the final action. The final list is composed of two lists. List 1 becomes effective July 1, 2018 and List 2 becomes effective at an undetermined future date. Coenzyme Q10 Tariff Code was removed from both final lists. Both lists are provided for your review. Please contact us if we can answer any questions.
