BOTANICAL ADULTERATION PROGRAM

In an effort to educate and inform the herbal and dietary supplement industry about ingredient and botanical adulteration, whether accidental or intentional, the American Botanical Council (ABC), the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia (AHP), and the University of Mississippi's National Center for Natural Products Research (NCNPR) have partnered to create the Botanical Adulteration Program. Here you will find, articles focusing on programs and procedures to ensure the highest quality botanical ingredients, news bulletins, laboratory guidance documents, adulteration reports, quality control resources, as well as a monthly newsletter.
